Until a few years ago, tape was my go-to medium for artistic projects.
Back then, my art was highly influenced by modern graphic design.
Looking back at this piece done for the ibug urban art festival in 2017, I still love the abstract approach. I was inspired by the reduced color schemes and geometric shapes of the Bauhaus movement and wanted to create a composition that was simple yet bold.

Personally, I really like how this piece turned out. The location was a bare, old factory in Chemnitz, which is why I wanted to create a striking contrast. For me, the stark industrial look was perfect to rock some straight, bold lines.
