We created this piece to acknowledge all the people we don't know. Those who make our shoes and countless other products under unfair conditions. We are aware that, as consumers, we're part of the problem. We buy shoes for sports, for everyday use, or simply because we like how they look. But more often than not, the high price we pay doesn't reflect the real cost. Especially not for the planet, which can no longer keep up with the waste we produce. How many new shoes do we actually need?
