My mother’s beloved fan.
Inspired by a fan that belonged to my mother, I created this artwork for the Artbase Festival. Using mixed media techniques, including paint and tape, I combined a portrait with Chinese characters.
The piece connects personal memories with cultural influences through layers, color, and form.
